Purpose

Allows you to enter a Retainage % for PO Items so that you can hold retainage during AP Invoice Entry

Prerequisites

You must be a Form Administrator in VA User Profile in order to add the custom field
You must have access to SQL Server Management Studio with permissions to create new triggers
