Installation Checklist

Before you install TAD make sure you have all items on the list below.

+On Premise and Cloud+

1. Ability to connect to the Viewpoint server using SQL Server Management Studio using a SQL Account with permissions to create tables, views and stored procedures. The sa account or similar permissions will work for this.
2. Download the TAD setup files. You will be given access to download a ZIP file containing the TAD setup files.

+Additional Items for the Cloud+

1. TLS VPN or IPSEC VPN. You can view the Vista Cloud FAQ “here”:https://sites.google.com/trimble.com/vista-cloud-faq/home/specific-integrations/transfer-all-data.
2. Create a SQL Account for every user and add it to VA User Profile in Vista. Copy the data and report security groups from the user’s main account.
