  • Process – EM Create Asset Schedule
    • How perfect is this? If you’ve ever loaded 400 EM Asset records and had to click the Calculate button 400 times then that is reduced to a few minutes.
  • Process – HR Approved PTO to PR Timecards
    • If you’re approving PTO in the employee portal and then keying that into a PR Timecard Entry batch then this will download the approved records into the batch for you.
  • Process – JB Initialize Progress Bills
    • Allows you to initialize new progress bills which is useful when entering beginning balances.
  • Process – JB InterCo Billings to AP Entry
    • Are you manually entering your intercompany billings into AP? Use this template to download the JB data directly into the AP Transaction Entry batch.
  • Process – JB InterCo Billings to AP Unapp
    • Same as above except into AP Unapproved Invoice Entry.
  • Process – JB Interface Bills
    • Allows you to interface bills which is useful when entering beginning balances.
  • Process – JB Move Bill Month
    • This will move bills from one month to another.
  • Process – JC Cost Projections
    • Do you want to import your cost projections into Vista? This template gives you the ability to initialize a cost projection for one or multiple jobs and update the values.
  • Process – JC Move Posted Cost
    • Did someone post cost to the wrong Phase and now it has to be moved? You can use this template to download the posted cost and it has unique logic to already create the offsetting entry.
  • Process – PR AP Update Reset
    • Did you run the PR AP Update too soon? This template allows you to reset the status so you can send the AP batch again.
  • Process – PR Initialize Routines
    • Allows you to initialize the PR routines for multiple companies at one time.
